Must contact 24 hours before appointment to cancel or reschedule, failure to do so will result in a 25% cancellation fee. No show will result to 40% service charge. Clients have a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, Anything past the 15 minute grace period will need to be rescheduled and will be charged as a No show.
